If you have changed your phone number, or changed of email address, you DO NOT need to create new account for it, instead just update the info through the steps below.
1. Log in to the app, then click Account at bottom, go to Edit Profile
2. You can then edit your login email address, name, mobile phone number, card redemption PIN, app account login password and birthday/date of birth.
3. Please be informed that HAi!CO App user can only change their birthday just twice in their lifetime. Any further changes of DOB is not permitted by the system.
4. When you are done editing your profile, click Save Changes to confirm all the changes you have made.
5. If you want to change your Redemption PIN or HAi!CO Account password, you are required to type in both the old and new PIN or password. Then click Update PIN / Update Password Button.
6. If you forgot your Redemption PIN, you just need to click the ‘Forgot PIN?’ text to receive your new/temporary redemption PIN via your verified email or mobile phone number.
