If you did not get the SMS for the OTP, do check the following.
- Make sure your mobile device have mobile network operator / telco coverage.
- Make sure your mobile device can receive SMS, is not in Airplane Mode.
- Make sure you have keyed in the correct format of mobile number. Example for mobile number 0122220089, and registered on Malaysia telco, then on app, select Malaysia that with country code 60, following key in 122220089. At the final, app displays the mobile number as +60122220089.
- Check you contact / SMS blacklist, where 68886, or other similiar number that to receive SMS, is not in the list. You may need check further with telco customer service as well, if the number has been blocked.
- If all of the above does not work, do seek for assistance from outlet's staffs to retrieve the OTP through Partner app.
