1. Download the HAi!CO Red/User App from Google Play, Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery.
2. Click the ‘sign up’ now button, or continue with Facebook, Google or Apple account.
3. You will required to fill in your contact information, such as emails address, mobile phone number, date of birth, mobile phone number, etc.
4. IMPORTANT: a HAi!CO Red App users can only change their birthday / date of birth just twice in their lifetime. Therefore once the two ‘strikes’ have been used, you will no longer be allowed to change your profile’s birthday / date of birth.
5. VERY IMPORTANT: If you created your HAi!CO Account using your the Facebook, Apple, or Google account, please make sure that your Facebook, Apple or Google account is 100% active. Should the account get blocked, deactivated, disabled or deleted, you will have issues logging in to HAi!CO App, including possible account deletion.
6. Once you created a HAi!CO Account, you will receive an OTP code via SMS to confirm your account registration. Type in the OTP code to complete the registration.
7. Once OTP successfully verified, you will bring to next step to create Redemption PIN. This is the PIN you will need to key in during redemption of points, or voucher.
8. Follow the rest of the steps on screen to finish the registration. You may require to log in the app again to complete the process.
9. Also, you will receive an email to confirm your login email address. Click the link given in the email to complete the process so that you could reset your password via email address in the future. Do check the email possible under under Inbox, Spam or Junk box.
