HAi!CO is a loyalty program platform, riches with features to run you own loyalty program. It is best suit for small and medium business (SMB), or small and medium enterprises (SME).
There are free version and paid version. Free version comes with basic features running point-based loyalty program, for an outlet. Paid version comes with more features, like set up promotions, voucher, allow running hybrid loyalty program (point based loyalty and gift card) simultanouesly, et cetera.
Do head to HAi!CO website for information, or directly sign up at here HAi!CO Partner sign-up. Once successfully signed up, an instruction guides is sent to regsitered email address, steps guiding in set up and running your own loyalty program.
Also, there are tutorial videos under HAi!CO App YouTube Channel, guides for using HAi!CO Member App, HAi!CO Partner App, and HAI!CO Partner Portal.
HAi!CO member app supports Apple iOS and Android mobile devices, free to download and use from Apple App Store, Google Play Store and Huawei AppGallery. Member can sign up membership in-app for most of partners' program.
HAi!CO Partner app, for merchant to use, supports Android mobile devices. Partner's merchant can download the app from Google Play Store and Huawei AppGallery, then activated it with received authorised codes and start rewarding members.
There is regular online training as well, conducted 1 time a month. Normally it is scheduled on 2nd Thursday of the month. However this requires sign up prior to the online training.
